Week 6 - Short and Sweet

Remember When...?

Remember when it was the first day of school?  Can you believe it was six weeks ago?  Here are some cute collages we made of our pictures from that day...

Johnny Appleseed Day

We all had a great time yesterday meeting Johnny Appleseed!  He (she) showed us how to find a star inside an apple and read us a neat story about the house with no door, no windows and a star inside.  Ask your son or daughter where we found that!  Here are some pictures of our visit with Johnny!

(Thanks so much to our good principal Mrs. Rodabaugh!  She's such a good sport!)

Ms. Dickard's Appleseed Class

On Johnny Appleseed Day, Ms. Dickard's class took this fun group photo in their Appleseed hats.
It was a good day in our corner of the building!

Johnny Appleseed Week!

This Friday, September 26th is Johnny Appleseed Day!  If possible, bring in an apple tomorrow if you haven't already.  This makes for a fun project.

Here is a copy of the Newsletter this week.
